Payment Methods:

Our secure payment gateway and shopping cart allows you to feel safe while paying for your order using any major credit card or debit card. However, if you prefer to make your credit card payment over the telephone, you may reach a customer service rep by dialing our telephone number- 314-458-4651 during business hours.

We accept the following payment methods below for United States buyers:

All Debit Cards with the MasterCard or Visa Logo PayPal Money Orders US Cashier’s Check Money Gram Bank Wire Transfer from Major Us Banks. We also cooperate with agencies and organizations that issue wig vouchers used to reduce the cost of a recipients unit. We also provide documentation needed for claims to major insurance companies.

Return Policy:

Our mission is to provide you high quality products with superior craftsmanship and premium hair.
We inspect all wigs prior to shipping to ensure that they meet your specification and our high standards.

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or give exchanges for wigs that have been worn, styled, cut of lace or hair, products applied such as glue or hair products, etc.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unit, you can send it back or bring it in for an exchange of an In-Stock unit or a Custom unit that is made to fit your specifications.  If you have a problem with your wig please notify us within the first three days after purchase.  If you notice extreme tangling or matting please notify us at once and bring the unit in. In this case we will return the unit back to the manufacturer for exchange.  A restocking fee may apply, depending on the circumstances of the return. Please contact our store for assistance with any questions in regards to exchanges or returns. Hair products such as glue, tape, etc are not returnable. 

Wigs that have been altered in any fashion are non refundable and cannot be returned.

A wig is non-refundable if any of the following has occurred:

  • Lace has been cut or ripped.
  • Adhesive has been applied to the wig
  • Hair Color, Dye or Spray has been applied to the wig
  • Wig has been washed or hair has been sprayed with any product
  • Original packaging of wig has been destroyed.  
  • Original curl or wave pattern on the wig has been separated or fingered. . 

All returns will be issued a store credit or an exchange for an item of similar value.

Only a wig that has not been worn and is in the same condition as when purchased can be returned or exchanged.

Custom units that are in accordance with your order are not returnable, however in some instances an exchange may be offered. This decision is left up to the discretion of store personnel.

Shipping and Delivery Time:

We ship all United States and International orders via USPS Express mail or Fed-ex. APO and PO Box address must ship via the U.S. Postal Service.

US Domestic Shipping Cost:

Shipping is $11.95 for orders under $30. For orders over $30 shipping is $14.95. This includes insurance and tracking.

International Buyers:

Shipping is $49.95 and your package will ship via USPS Express Mail, UPS or Fed-ex.

Shipping and Delivery Time Frame: All orders received prior to 4 pm Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same business day, unless otherwise noted.

Privacy Policy is committed to protecting the privacy of all information provided by our customers. We collect personal information that you provide only for the purposes of fulfilling your order (billing and shipping your order). This includes the name, address, and phone number of the intended recipient(s). Recipients of our newsletters can unsubscribe at any time using the instructions listed at the end of the email-newsletter.

We also use technologies that allow us to track general user-traffic patterns. We also automatically receive and record information from our servers and from your browser, including the time of your visit to pages on our site and information about pages you visited. The information we gather through the use of tracking technologies cannot be matched with any personally identifiable information about you.
At times we invite our customers and web site users to provide information for surveys, contests, and sweepstakes via this site, email or other media. Participation is completely voluntary and any information collected is used to notify the winners and award prizes, provide site information through our newsletters or improve the use of, and satisfaction with the website.

Under no circumstances will we sell, lease, lend or give away information about customers to third parties. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with
